Responsibilities

Provide expert support to Finnish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat with various mobile device-related inquiries.
Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of technical problems related to mobile applications, connectivity, and device settings.
Assist customers in optimizing their use of mobile devices and provide personalized solutions based on their specific needs.
Document all support interactions and solutions accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Coordinate with technical teams to escalate complex issues and contribute to enhancing support processes.
Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are fully resolved and confirm satisfaction with the support provided.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in mobile technology to offer informed and effective support.

Requirements

Fluency in Finnish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Previous experience in mobile support or technical support is preferred.
Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, particularly concerning mobile devices.
Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse clientele.
Familiarity with mobile applications and support tools is a plus.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote working environment.
