Finnish Speaking Tier 1 Support Agent

This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about customer service and keen to support our Finnish-speaking clientele. As a Tier 1 Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing essential assistance and resolving inquiries effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming customer inquiries from Finnish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat in a professional and friendly manner.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues, offering effective solutions or escalating issues when necessary.
• Provide clear and concise information regarding our products, services, and company policies.
• Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions within the support management system.
• Educate customers on product features and provide practical tips to enhance their experience.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and drive customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on company products, industry trends, and service updates to provide informed support.

Requirements

• Fluency in Finnish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with support ticketing systems and CRM tools is considered a plus.
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A proactive and enthusiastic attitude towards customer service and client assistance.
