Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support to French-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist passengers with inquiries regarding flight bookings, cancellations, and modifications.
• Effectively handle and resolve customer complaints and issues professionally.
• Stay knowledgeable about the airline's services, policies, and updates to deliver accurate information.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Participate in continuous training initiatives to enhance skills and service quality.

Requirements

• Fluency in French and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the airline or tourism industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach to service.
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
