Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding support to French-speaking customers, focusing on building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Handle inquiries related to accounts, products, and loyalty programs with professionalism and attentiveness.
• Engage proactively with customers to provide updates, resolve issues, and solicit feedback to improve service quality.
• Promote loyalty initiatives and effectively communicate the benefits to encourage ongoing customer engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and timely resolution of issues.
• Analyze customer feedback and loyalty metrics to recommend enhancements in service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and insights within the CRM system for future reference.

Requirements

• Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service or customer loyalty roles, ideally in retail or service-focused environments.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Analytical capabilities with a proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement.
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting and adapt to diverse customer needs.
• Flexibility to work hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
