French Speaking E-commerce Support Specialist

This role is perfect for individuals who are fluent in French and have a passion for the e-commerce industry. In this position, you will be a key player in delivering an exceptional online shopping experience for our French-speaking customers, addressing their questions and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer support to French-speaking clients through email, chat, and phone communications.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to product details, order status, returns, and payment options.
• Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Accurately manage and process customer orders throughout the entire order lifecycle.
• Stay current with product offerings, promotions, and company policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to continually improve customer service and experience.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system for tracking and follow-up.

Requirements

• Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service or e-commerce roles is advantageous.
• Strong enthusiasm for e-commerce and understanding of online shopping environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to outstanding customer service.
• Experience with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage customer inquiries in a fast-paced setting.
