This pivotal role involves working directly with our enterprise clients who speak French, providing them with expert consultation and tailored solutions that align with their strategic objectives. Your role will be critical in driving client success and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary contact for French-speaking enterprise clients, addressing their inquiries and needs promptly.
Gain a comprehensive understanding of each client's business model to offer relevant and effective solutions.
Conduct comprehensive consultations to assist clients in developing and implementing their business strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of services and alignment with client expectations.
Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure ongoing support and satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends and company's offerings to provide clients with timely and insightful recommendations.
Assist clients in overcoming operational challenges by providing proactive support.

Requirements

Fluency in French and English, both written and verbal.
Proven experience in a client-facing role, particularly with enterprise clients.
Strong understanding of business solutions and consulting practices.
Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated with effective organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset.
