In this role, you will be instrumental in monitoring chat interactions, promoting respectful communication, and ensuring compliance with community standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor in-game chat and player interactions to ensure adherence to community guidelines and safety protocols.
• Engage actively with players to promote an inclusive and respectful community atmosphere.
• Identify and address any instances of inappropriate behavior or content swiftly, escalating issues when required.
• Provide support to players regarding chat moderation policies and guidelines.
• Maintain accurate documentation of moderation actions taken and report any significant incidents appropriately.
• Work collaboratively with other teams to enhance the player experience and community engagement initiatives.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to remain current with moderation tools and best practices.

Requirements

• Fluency in French and English, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior experience in online moderation, community management, or similar roles is a plus.
• Strong familiarity with gaming culture and community interactions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and calmness in high-pressure situations.
• Detail-oriented and responsible in managing online content.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• A genuine passion for gaming and dedication to enhancing the community experience for all players.
