• Engage with French-speaking customers through live chat, delivering prompt and professional assistance.
• Address inquiries related to gaming accounts, promotions, and gameplay issues effectively and efficiently.
• Inform customers about new game releases, features, and ongoing promotions.
• Accurately log customer interactions in the CRM system for follow-up and record-keeping.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service experiences and overall satisfaction.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to contribute to service improvement initiatives.
• Stay updated on the latest gaming trends and company offerings to provide informed support.

Requirements

• Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service or support roles within the gaming industry is a plus.
• A strong enthusiasm for online gaming and familiarization with various gaming platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
