French Speaking Multilingual Support Representative

Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a French Speaking Multilingual Support Representative. This role is tailored for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and are fluent in French as well as other languages.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding support to clients in French and other languages through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner.
• Effectively handle customer complaints and work towards satisfactory resolutions.
• Accurately document all interactions in the CRM system for reference and follow-up.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Engage in continuous training to enhance product knowledge and improve service skills.
• Suggest improvements to processes and workflows that enhance customer satisfaction and overall service quality.

Requirements

• Fluency in French and at least one additional language (English, Spanish, Italian, etc.), both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in a customer service or support role is preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive customer-first mindset.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with customer support systems and Microsoft Office tools.
• Enthusiastic, adaptable, and dedicated to providing top-notch customer service.
