As an Online Shopping Advisor, you will assist French-speaking customers throughout their online shopping journey, ensuring a delightful and smooth shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage with French-speaking customers via chat, email, and phone to assist with their online shopping inquiries.
• Provide accurate product information and personalized recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
• Effectively manage inquiries related to order statuses, returns, and exchanges.
• Listen to customer needs and offer tailored solutions to ensure satisfaction.
• Keep up to date with products, promotions, and company policies to relay accurate information.
• Document all customer interactions for follow-up and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Fluency in French and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in customer service, particularly in the online retail or e-commerce industry.
• Strong interest in e-commerce and understanding of online shopping behaviors.
• Ability to connect with customers and provide empathetic and efficient support.
• Familiarity with customer service platforms and e-commerce software.
• Excellent organizational skills, able to manage multiple inquiries and tasks simultaneously.
