Responsibilities

Deliver personalized support to VIP French-speaking customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
Foster and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
Address complex inquiries and complaints efficiently, ensuring a swift resolution to uphold customer satisfaction.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as necessary to ensure continued satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless service and effectively resolve customer issues.
Proactively seek feedback from clients to identify areas for service improvement and enhance the overall experience.
Stay well-informed of the latest products, services, and promotions to provide accurate and relevant guidance to customers.

Requirements

Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
Experience in customer service, preferably with VIP clients.
Exceptional communication and relationship management skills.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to resolve issues effectively.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software.
A proactive and customer-centric mindset, dedicated to providing outstanding service.
