Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality support to French-speaking users via email, live chat, and phone, addressing inquiries related to the streaming service.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues concerning account management, streaming quality, and content accessibility.
• Offer guidance on the platform’s features to help users make the most of their streaming experience.
• Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
• Team up with other departments to relay user feedback and suggest actionable improvements to the service.
• Stay informed on platform updates and trends in the streaming industry to offer informed support.
• Conduct follow-up communications with users to ensure their concerns are completely resolved and satisfaction is achieved.

Requirements

• Fluency in French and English, both written and verbal.
• Previous experience in customer support or technical assistance, particularly in the streaming or entertainment industry, is preferred.
• Understanding of streaming technologies and user engagement principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms or support ticketing systems is a plus.
• Strong ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
