In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our Italian-speaking customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for Italian-speaking customers, assisting them through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information in a timely and effective manner.
Document all customer interactions and feedback accurately within our CRM system.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements in customer service processes.
Stay updated on product offerings and company policies to provide accurate information and support to customers.
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving the overall customer experience.
Assist in onboarding and training new team members by sharing best practices and insights from your experience.

Requirements

Fluency in Italian and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Previous experience in customer service or customer experience roles is preferred.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Ability to facilitate conversations with a diverse range of customers while maintaining professionalism.
Familiarity with CRM systems and other customer support tools.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
