  • As part of the Airline customer support team, you’ll be the first point of contact for passengers, travel partners, and corporate clients.
  • You’ll support customers via phone, email, and digital channels, helping them with bookings, ticket changes, refunds, and travel information.
  • You will be representing one of the most respected names in global aviation.

Your daily tasks include

  • Assisting passengers with flight bookings & changes
  • Explaining ticket rules, fees & policies
  • Processing refunds & reservation updates
  • Supporting travel agencies & corporate partners
  • Ensuring every customer interaction reflects a premium airline experience

Requirements

You are

  • Fluent in Danish (C1+ level)
  • Confident in English
  • Social, adaptable & service-minded
  • Curious about living abroad

  • Customer service or hospitality experience is a plus,
  • but mindset matters more than CV length.
