- Your Role – Flight Ambassador for Singapore Airlines
- As part of the Singapore Airlines customer support team, you’ll be the first point of contact for passengers, travel partners, and corporate clients.
- You’ll support customers via phone, email, and digital channels, helping them with bookings, ticket changes, refunds, and travel information.
- You will be representing one of the most respected names in global aviation.
Your daily tasks include
- Assisting passengers with flight bookings & changes
- Explaining ticket rules, fees & policies
- Processing refunds & reservation updates
- Supporting travel agencies & corporate partners
- Ensuring every customer interaction reflects a premium airline experience
This role gives you strong international experience in

Requirements
You are
- Fluent in Dutch (C1+ level)
- Confident in English
- Social, adaptable & service-minded
- Curious about living abroad
- Excited about working for a global airline
- Customer service or hospitality experience is a plus,
- but mindset matters more than CV length.
