CAFM Specialist / CAFM Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a talented CAFM Specialist / CAFM Technical Support Specialist to join one of our Clients from Government Sector of UAE. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in dedicated support resources, to operate and provide technical support for its existing CAFM system. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to large-scale digital transformation initiatives within a dynamic government environment.

Contract Period: 9 - 12 Months

Requirements

The main responsibilities will include

• CAFM system administration and configuration.
• Asset management and preventive planned maintenance management.
• Work order workflow setup, monitoring, and administration.
• Help desk support and service request management.
• Preparation of KPI and SLA performance reports.
• User support, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical issues.
• Coordination with the current CAFM system provider, Rosmiman.
• Supporting system users and ensuring smooth daily operation of the platform.
• Monitoring data quality, system performance, and operational compliance.
• Preparing periodic reports and maintaining accurate system records.

The preferred candidates should have

• Proven 5 years of experience working with CAFM or facilities management systems.
• Strong knowledge of asset management, PPM, work orders, help desk operations, KPIs, and SLAs .
• Experience in CAFM system administration and user support .
• Good technical troubleshooting and reporting skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
• Experience with R osmiman CAFM would be a strong advantage.
• Good English communication skills; Arabic would be an advantage.
• Availability to join within a short period.
