About The Role

Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the legal team within a multinational company (MNC).
Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and correspondence.
Summarize and analyze legal documents and research for the legal team.
Organize and maintain legal files, records, and documents.
Assist in coordinating and scheduling meetings and appointments for the legal team.
Manage and maintain legal databases and tracking systems.
Assist in the preparation of legal reports and presentations.
Handle and respond to general inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
Provide administrative support in legal projects and initiatives.

Requirements

Diploma or degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, or related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a paralegal or legal assistant.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications and legal software.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
