Now hiring a bright and motivated individual for a key role in financial support of the Consumer and Business & Education RTM within Apple Korea. The role would play a key part of a dynamic and agile Sales Finance organization.

  • Partner closely with Sales to understand the local market context and provide insightful analysis on business variability
  • Share findings with forecasting and sales teams to drive strategic actions
  • Collaborate with sales leaders to develop and execute investment strategies, including demand generation, partner margins, and fixture investments
  • Be accountable for estimating and analyzing ROI
  • Build strong relationships with Worldwide Sales Finance (Cupertino) to effectively deploy global strategies, evaluating their fit for the Korean market
  • Advocate Geo-led proposals to global stakeholders
  • Partner with Sales Operations and Global Business Solutions to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial processes including sales incentive calculations, performance reporting and partner payout
  • Manage and execute key finance projects including Worldwide-driven initiatives such as the streamlining of end-to-end processes
  • Coordinate effectively across local and regional stakeholders to ensure successful implementation
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or another relevant field
  • 2–3+ years of professional experience in commercial finance, business planning, strategy, or consulting
  • High level of analytical skills with extreme attention to detail and a validated ability to influence business through numbers
  • Proven ability to navigate ambiguous situations using complex or incomplete data to build robust business models and forecasts
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Korean
  • Ability to translate complex quantitative data into a compelling narrative for various stakeholders
  • Knowledge of SQL, Tableau, Python and advanced Excel
  • Ability to streamline reporting process using SQL, Tableau and Python
  • Proactive self-starter who can manage multiple work-streams independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
