Job Description & Summary: We are seeking an experienced AIML Developer specializing in autonomous agents and Large Language Models (LLMs) to join our team. The ideal candidate will help design, develop, and optimize agents that can perform complex tasks autonomously while maintaining reliability and safety. Job Position Title: IN_ Senior Associate _ AIML Developer _Data and Analytics_Mumbai Responsibilities: · Design, train, and test machine learning and deep learning models (e.g., neural networks, transformers, NLP, or computer vision models). · Construct robust data pipelines, preprocess raw datasets, and manage feature engineering. Integrate AI models into existing software architectures and cloud platforms; scale using containerization and model monitoring. · Evaluate model performance, tune hyperparameters, and optimize for speed, latency, and accuracy. · Work alongside data scientists, product managers, and software engineers to translate business problems into functional AI solutions Mandatory skill sets: · Python, Rag, LLM, AIML. · Proficiency in implementing RAG pipelines and knowledge retrieval systems · Familiarity with prompt engineering and LLM optimization techniques Preferred skill sets: · Multiple LLM providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) - Tools for agent orchestration and workflow management - Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques - Container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) Years of experience required: · 4- 7 years Education qualification: · BE/ Btech/ Mtech/ MCA/ MBA (fulltime)
