The role requires on-site presence 2 to 3 days per week . About the role The Program Manager ensures the delivery of end-to-end complex programs requiring cross-business-unit coordination and investment (up to €10M) in the area of new business product or service launches, significant IT, major technical or network evolution, major commercial contracts and organisational change — at the appropriate level of quality, on time and within budget, according to the program plan. You will coordinate numerous work packages, integrating the deliverables of many experts from all horizons, from Proximus Global or from third parties and partners (up to 20 involved team members), with frequent interaction at the executive level of the company. Your responsibilities Ensure E2E program delivery: oversee end-to-end programs involving cross-business-unit coordination and investments (up to €10M) across new product launches, IT development, technical/network evolution, commercial contracts and organisational changes — ensuring timely, budget-compliant and quality delivery Coordinate work packages: integrate deliverables from experts across Proximus Global and third parties/partners (up to 20 team members) Plan and monitor milestones: plan program milestones, monitor progress, resolve issues, and take corrective actions Manage dependencies and interfaces between programs/projects, escalating recommendations to executive levels when necessary Budget management: manage program budgets, monitor expenditures, and conduct post-mortem analyses to verify expected results Quality assurance and integrity: ensure quality and integrity of programs by applying appropriate methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, ADKAR) and organising regular lessons-learned sessions Customer expectations management: identify and understand customer interests, implementing proactive communication and action plans throughout the project lifecycle Manage third-party contributions: oversee third-party contributions, establish communication channels, and participate in partner steering committees Team leadership: manage and develop program team members, ensuring the right skills are onboard, providing training, coaching, and conducting regular follow-ups Apply best practices: use best practices, techniques, and tools for project planning, execution, milestone tracking, communication, and performance metrics Business process alignment: align business processes and procedures for ongoing programs to maximise business value Your profile Experience Master’s degree (minimum) 3 to 8 years of relevant experience as a Program Manager Minimum of 3 years of experience within the telecom or related industry is mandatory Fluent in English Required competencies Strong leadership and communication skills Consistent drive for results and excellence Decisive, highly organised, and able to set clear priorities Excellent planning and problem-solving abilities Resilient under stress and adept at managing ambiguity Determined and effective negotiator About the recruitment process First HR interview A presentation to prepare (20 minutes) Presentation to the Hiring Manager (2nd interview) Why Proximus Global?
