Find out more about what we do here: Placement: Medan What Will You Do: Responsible for supporting in technical for cultivating customer needs including added services / non-standard services to support the Sales Team at HQ & Regional. Communicating and documenting the solutions to be implemented to clients. Collaboration with Tech Solution Team & O&M Team to ensure the delivery of suitable solutions. Coordinate and support the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team in explaining technical matters related to outages/churn possibilities. Preparing technology & business solution dept. update reports accurately and provide recommendation analysis to ensure the targets are achieved. Perform collaboration and coordination with internal and/or external stakeholders to ensure all processes runs smoothly. Keep updated on new Technology and recommend/propose new Solutions / Business Opportunities to all stakeholders. What Will You Need: Have 8-11 experiences in related field Bachelor degree in Telecommunication Engineering/Business Management Have good communication, reporting and presentation skill. Fluent in English both written & verbal. Experience in Design, Config/implementation, Troubleshooting Attention to detail Familiar with Networking (Router, Switch, Firewall, etc.), SDWAN, Access Point WiFi,Radio Wireless, Fiber optic tech.
