Find out more about what we do here: <www.ptsmn.co.id> What Will You Do: Analyze SLA performance and identify recurring incidents from Monthly SLA Report Perform root cause analysis (RCA) on backbone degradation and service instability Design and implement technical improvement for backbone reliability and redundancy Conduct capacity planning and traffic optimization for backbone links Optimize routing (BGP/OSPF) and eliminate single point of failure Develop preventive improvement plan to reduce SLA breach Collaborate with operations and vendor teams to execute permanent corrective actions Produce technical improvement documentation (HLD, LLD, MOP) Perform collaboration with other stakeholders by performing coordination with internal and/or external stakeholders to ensure the operational running smoothly. What Will You Need: Have 5-7 years for engineer or planning from telecom/ISP or related field Bachelor degrees in Computer Engineering, or related field Have good communication, reporting and presentation skill. Fluent in English both written & verbal. Advanced Routing & Backbone Engineering Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Ability to develop High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) Have knowledge about Fiber optic infrastructure Migration planning, rollback procedures, and risk assessment Experience improving network stability and reducing SLA breaches Strong data-driven analytical mindset What We Offer: You will be part of the fastest-growing connectivity solution provider companies in Indonesia.
