Find out more about what we do here: What You Will Do: Draft, review and advise on commercial agreements, service agreements, framework agreements, tender and related agreements, and other agreements supporting the tower infrastructure and leasing business; Provide support in a range of legal matters, including managing issues in contract implementation and compliance; Participate in corporate projects such as due diligence work, and provide ad hoc legal advice as may be necessary in such projects; Upon consultation with the senior lawyers and/or General Counsel, identify the legal risks affecting the company business and advise the operational and business teams on the impact of those risks and the measures to mitigate them; Conduct legal research and analysis on any legal issues affecting the Telecommunications, Tower or Fiber Optics Technology Industry; Build relationships with business teams and embed awareness of legal risks in company transactions; If a Mid-Level Lawyer, act as an escalation point for matters handled by the Junior Lawyers; and Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the Associate General Counsel and Senior Legal Manager from time to time. What You Will Need: At least one (2) year of legal practice gained from a reputable commercial law firm or the legal department of an MNC or large local company in Indonesia Experience in the Telecommunication or Fiber Optics Technology industry is not mandatory Bachelor’s degree in Law from a reputable university Commercial pragmatism, and ability to apply legal knowledge and expertise into business environment; Basic knowledge of Health, Safety and Environment Programs; and Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
