Responsibilities/Accountabilities: The primary responsibility of the applicant is to teach a theoretically and practically grounded university level course within the parameters of the course description listed above. The instructor will deliver the course using a variety of inclusive teaching, learning, and assessment strategies. The instructor will facilitate meaningful connections between theory and practice by preparing teacher candidates for leadership roles beyond the classroom, including coaching, mentoring, and teacher-facilitated co-curricular activities. Responsibilities include preparing, delivering, and assessing all course materials and assignments, providing timely and constructive feedback, supporting students throughout their required field experience, and being available for consultation during and following the completion of the course.
