Coordinate stakeholders across Audit, Tax, Consulting, National Technology, Information Security, Risk and Compliance, ensuring requirements from each service line and support function are captured and addressed. Identify, assess and manage project risks, issues, actions and decisions proactively, escalating to the programme sponsor and steering committee as needed. Facilitate regular project, governance and technical stand-up meetings, providing clear updates to business stakeholders and ensuring alignment across teams and the implementation partner.
