Your Responsibilities: With expert know-how and dedicated commitment, you take responsibility for the successful, holistic management of multiple shopping centers. In this context, you manage interdisciplinary teams and ensure the consistent pursuit of key focus areas. As a competent point of contact (m/f/d), you build a trusting and sustainable relationship with our investors and continuously strengthen it. Last but not least, in close collaboration with the Asset Controller, you ensure the financial management of the properties, including investment measures. Your Profile: The foundation of your success is a degree in business administration – ideally with a focus on real estate management and/or accounting/controlling/investment analysis. You complement this with solid professional experience in the real estate sector, ideally in asset management, as well as relevant legal expertise (contract and corporate law). In addition to strong English skills in spoken and written form, you impress us with your excellent communication skills, high service orientation, and strong assertiveness and decision-making ability. Willingness to travel regularly rounds out your profile.
