THE ROLE Act as Senior Risk Analyst within the Risk Management Department and support the implementation and execution of the enterprise risk management strategy and framework, strengthening the governance of the Company. In this role, you will provide advanced risk analysis, monitoring, and reporting, support remediation initiatives, and contribute to maintaining a strong internal control environment to help minimize risks and protect the Company’s interests. You will assist in the development and maintenance of policies, procedures, and internal controls, ensuring their effective application across the organization. You will work to foster the standardization and consistency of business processes and internal controls across MSC Cargo entities and the Agency network. YOUR IMPACT Monitoring, Research Projects Support and contribute to risk‑related projects, applying sound project management practices to ensure adequate structure, coordination, and follow‑through Provide daily, hands‑on support to the risk management team through continuous interaction, rapid iterations, and close teamwork on risk analysis, monitoring, and benchmarking across multiple initiatives (e.g. Sustainability, ERM extensions, ship management compliance) Formulate and update policies and procedures and support the monitoring and review processes. Support the project management of multiple cross‑functional risk initiatives, requiring frequent coordination, alignment meetings, and real‑time problem solving with HQ stakeholders Conduct ongoing daily risk monitoring, research, and horizon scanning (regulatory, operational, and geopolitical), and produce consolidated monthly reports, including data normalization and clear presentation More broadly, support enterprise risk management activities and governance processes. Risk Reporting, Communication and Workshops Produce risk reports, benchmarks, and presentations on a recurring or ad hoc basis. Support the preparation of meetings and workshops, including materials and preparatory discussions with key HQ stakeholders. Participate in and support risk management meetings and workshops with HQ stakeholders, including preparation, facilitation support, and follow‑up, requiring close interaction and informal coordination. Risk Registers Repositories Maintain, update and reconcile risk repositories to ensure consistency and traceability. Support the gradual maturation and alignment of risk repositories across initiatives. Tools Platforms Support the rollout and use of risk and assessment tools and control environments, ensuring data is properly structured, validated, and integrated into reporting.
