About The Role
Du bearbeitest sämtliche Vorgänge rund um nicht abgenommene Export- und Import-Vollcontainer (UAC-Container). Dafür nimmst Du direkten Kontakt mit betroffenen Kund:innen auf und findest gemeinsam Lösungen, wie die UAC-Container doch noch abgenommen werden können. Für die Lösungsfindung bist Du ebenfalls im engen Austausch mit in- und externen Schnittstellen, darunter Kolleg:innen der Genfer Konzernzentrale, weltweiten MSC-Agenturen und Terminals. Außerdem unterstützt Du die weltweiten MSC-Agenturen, um die Entstehung neuer UAC-Fälle zu vermeiden.
