About The Role
Durchführung interner und externer Aufträge zur Erstellung von Zollformalitäten gemäß den zoll- und steuerrechtlichen Vorschriften. Pflege und Prüfung aller relevanten Daten in internen Systemen inkl. Rechnungsstellung und Rechnungsprüfung. Kommunikation mit Zollbehörden sowie Koordination zwischen internen Teams und externen Dienstleistern. Bearbeitung von Problemfällen und Sicherstellung einer lösungsorientierten Nachverfolgung. Betreuung von Kundenanfragen im Rahmen der zollrelevanten Auftragsabwicklung.
