Social Media Intern

Responsibilities : Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand objectives. Create, plan, and manage content calendars across all social media platforms. Generate creative content ideas for posts, reels, stories, and digital campaigns. Write engaging captions, copy, and call-to-actions that reflect the brand voice. Schedule and publish content consistently across platforms. Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities. Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and marketing teams to produce high-quality content. Coordinate and manage influencer/KOL collaborations when required. Capture and document company activities, events, and products for social media content. Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales through social media initiatives. Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relation, or any related degree, fresh graduates are welcome. Basic photo and video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, Lightroom, or Adobe tools). Familiarity with current beauty & fashion and social media trends. Basic design sense and attention to visual aesthetics. Experience creating TikTok content and short-form videos. Able to work following office hour (9-to-6), 5 days a week (Monday to Friday) from our office in Pejaten, South Jakarta. Able to fulfill minimum 3 months internship period.
