Job Description Job Description : ● Monitor and analyze business performance across channels, products, and initiatives to identify growth opportunities and improvement areas. ● Develop insights and recommendations based on data analysis and support the execution of action plans to improve business performance. ● Coordinate with internal stakeholders to execute projects, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of initiatives. ● Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate business performance, findings, and recommendations. ● Conduct competitor benchmarking and market analysis to identify industry trends, best practices, and potential opportunities. ● Assist in ad-hoc analyses and strategic projects as required by the business. Requirements: ● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, or other related fields. ● At least 1 year of experience in Business Analyst, Growth Analyst, Strategy, or related roles is preferred. ● Good written and verbal English communication skills. ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. ● Proficiency in Google Ecosystem (Sheet, Docs, Slide, etc.). ● Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
