Project Management Officer

Job Description Support the planning, coordination, and execution of creative projects by managing stakeholder communications, aligning cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time. Act as the bridge between stakeholders and internal creative teams while overseeing project timelines and supporting the creative production process. Details of Job Responsibilities Manage project briefs from stakeholders by gathering requirements, seeking clarification, and aligning expectations. Coordinate with internal creative teams to ensure smooth project execution and effective workload management. Develop, monitor, and maintain project timelines, ensuring all deliverables are completed on schedule. Facilitate communication between stakeholders and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle. Support pre-production activities for creative assets, including video and key visuals (KV). Identify potential risks or bottlenecks and proactively drive solutions to keep projects on track. Track project progress and provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders. Job Qualifications / Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience as an Account Executive, Project Coordinator, Project Management Officer, or similar role, preferably in an advertising agency or creative environment. Strong understanding of the creative production process and project workflow management. Excellent project coordination, prioritization, and time management skills. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work effectively under pressure. Excellent written and spoken English. Collaborative, proactive, adaptable, and a strong team player. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent projects.
