Technical Support Specialist- Electrical

Here’s the difference you’ll make This role involves diagnosing and fixing electrical and electromechanical issues, conducting regular maintenance checks, and preparing and assembling sub assembly parts of the equipment. Maintenance Specialist trains junior mechanics and technicians, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance team capabilities. What you’ll do (your mission) Perform hydraulic and electromechanical repairs as well as preventative maintenance Troubleshoot issues with electromechanical system of diesel engines, hydraulic and transmission system. Determine parts and tools necessary to make repairs Maintain LBE in its optimum condition Works and collaborates with LBE operators and other technicians Maintain a clean and safe work area Train electrical technicians through buddy system Perform and lead equipment overhauling Recondition electrical parts assembly for spare availability Assist vendors or service provider's repair or maintenance activities Validate vendor's assessment before they recommend parts and services needed Recommend and identify parts for replacement You’ll thrive in this role if you Educational Background Graduate of any 4 -year or technical courses Professional Experience At least 10 years' experience in troubleshooting and repair of a heavy equipment and other land-based equipment Competencies, Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Leadership Competencies Technical Competencies Specialist in heavy equipment Expertise in engine, transmission and hydraulic system Monark Certification is a plus.
