Key Responsibilities

• 🔹 Lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition and Talent Management initiatives.
• 🔹 Develop and implement Learning & Development (L&D) programs.
• 🔹 Design and manage Performance Management Systems.
• 🔹 Drive Employee Engagement and Organizational Development initiatives.
• 🔹 Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, HR policies, and regulatory requirements.
• 🔹 Partner with business leaders to build high-performing teams and strengthen HR processes.
• 🔹 Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development strategies.
• 🔹 Foster a positive workplace culture that supports employee growth and business success.

Requirements

• ✔ Proven HR management experience in the UAE.
• ✔ Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
• ✔ Experience in developing HR systems, policies, and people strategies.
• ✔ Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• ✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced and growing organization.
• ✔ Qualification: B.Pharm / D.Pharm with MBA (HR) or a recognized HR Certification
