About The Role
Role Overview
The
Marketplace Coordinator
- manages and grows the Group’s presence across third-party
- online marketplaces — <Amazon.ae>, <Noon.com>, Trendyol, Tradeling, and Temu. The role owns
- day-to-day listing accuracy, inventory and pricing synchronisation, order fulfilment coordination,
- and channel performance, ensuring all of the Group’s pharmacy and wellness products are
- correctly represented, competitively priced, and consistently available across every active
- channel.
Key Responsibilities
- Listing management: Create, optimise, and maintain product listings across <Amazon.ae>,
- Noon, Trendyol, Tradeling, and Temu — including titles, descriptions, images, attributes,
- and category placement.
- Inventory & pricing sync: Keep stock levels and pricing accurate and aligned across all
marketplaces; flag discrepancies and prevent overselling or stock-outs.
- Order processing: Monitor and coordinate marketplace orders through to dispatch, liaising
with warehouse and logistics teams to meet platform SLAs and delivery deadlines.
- Content & SEO: Improve listing discoverability through marketplace SEO — keywords, A+
/ enhanced content, and adherence to each platform’s content guidelines.
- Promotions & deals: Coordinate participation in platform campaigns, flash deals,
coupons, and seasonal promotions in line with Group pricing strategy.
- Performance tracking: Monitor sales, account health, buy-box status, ratings, and returns;
prepare regular channel performance reports for the E-Commerce Manager.
- Compliance: Ensure all listings comply with marketplace policies and UAE regulatory
requirements for pharmacy, health, and wellness products.
- Issue resolution: Manage platform cases, listing suppressions, account notifications, and
customer queries escalated from marketplaces.
- Catalogue support: Assist with product data accuracy — GTINs/barcodes, ASIN
matching, and catalogue enrichment across channels.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience managing e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon
and/or Noon strongly preferred).
- Demonstrated experience with marketplace seller centrals (Amazon Seller Central, Noon
Partner, etc.).
- Strong working knowledge of listing optimisation, inventory management, and order
fulfilment workflows.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets for catalogue and reporting work.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred).
- Excellent written English; Arabic is an advantage.
