  • Noon, Trendyol, Tradeling, and Temu — including titles, descriptions, images, attributes,

  • Promotions & deals: Coordinate participation in platform campaigns, flash deals,

coupons, and seasonal promotions in line with Group pricing strategy.

  • Performance tracking: Monitor sales, account health, buy-box status, ratings, and returns;

prepare regular channel performance reports for the E-Commerce Manager.

  • Compliance: Ensure all listings comply with marketplace policies and UAE regulatory

requirements for pharmacy, health, and wellness products.

  • Issue resolution: Manage platform cases, listing suppressions, account notifications, and

customer queries escalated from marketplaces.

  • Catalogue support: Assist with product data accuracy — GTINs/barcodes, ASIN

matching, and catalogue enrichment across channels.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience managing e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon

and/or Noon strongly preferred).

  • Demonstrated experience with marketplace seller centrals (Amazon Seller Central, Noon

Partner, etc.).

fulfilment workflows.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets for catalogue and reporting work.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred).
  • Excellent written English; Arabic is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

  • High attention to detail and strong data accuracy.
  • Analytical mindset — comfortable working with sales and performance metrics.
  • Organised, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple channels simultaneously.
  • Proactive problem-solver who can navigate marketplace support and policy issues.
  • Collaborative team player who coordinates well across warehouse, logistics, and

marketing.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Listing accuracy and completeness across all active channels.
  • Marketplace sales growth and buy-box / visibility share.
  • Order fulfilment within platform SLAs and account health scores.
  • Reduction in listing suppressions, stock-outs, and pricing errors.
