We are looking for our next Functional Analyst

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or related;
• Previous experience in business analysis, functional analysis, or related areas;
• Ability to understand and document business and functional requirements;
• Knowledge of software development methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum);
• Familiarity with project management and documentation tools (JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project);
• Experience with business process analysis and modeling;
• Knowledge of SQL and ability to perform queries to extract and analyze data;
• Understanding of ERP, CRM, and other enterprise platforms;
• Ability to translate technical requirements into understandable language for non-technical stakeholders;
• Attention to detail and ability to work accurately;
• Knowledge of analysis and documentation tools such as UML, BPMN, or other process modeling tools;
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar;
• Specific industry knowledge relevant to the company's sector (finance, healthcare, telecommunications, etc.) is highly valued;
• Fluent in English.
