Production Floor Coordinator

The Floor Coordinator is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations on the production floor while actively participating in hands-on fabrication activities. This position combines frontline coordination, and real-time problem-solving. The Floor Coordinator ensures safe, efficient, and high-quality production by driving execution of daily priorities, supporting operators and technicians, and responding tactically to issues on the floor to meet operational targets.
