• Connect with Paytm's existing merchant base over calls.
• Understand the merchant's business and marketing requirements.
• Explain how Pi Commerce helps generate new customers.
• Conduct online product demonstrations through screen sharing.
• Resolve customer queries and handle objections confidently.
• Follow up with interested merchants via calls and WhatsApp.
• Update lead status, demos, and sales progress in CRM.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales and activation targets.
• Share customer feedback to help improve the product.
