Analyzer Technician

You will follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements; perform LOTO, permit-to-work activities, and report safety incidents and near misses Commission, startup, calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot process analyzers, analytical systems, gas purification systems, and associated equipment Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on analytical, instrumentation, electrical, and mechanical systems Further, you will install, maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot instrumentation and control systems, including analyzers, control valves, actuators, transmitters, PLCs, DCSs, and legacy control systems Maintain QA documentation, calibration records, cylinder inventories, and technical documentation, including P IDs, electrical schematics, SOPs, and MOC records Perform testing, validation, and compliance activities, including FDA-QA and Safety Instrumented System (SIS) functional testing Install, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and overhaul rotating and process equipment, including compressors, pumps, motors, turbines, gearboxes, heat exchangers, vaporizers, piping systems, valves, and related equipment And you will maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems up to 600V, including motors, UPS systems, generators, transformers, breakers, and switchgear Support reliability and asset performance programs by identifying recurring equipment issues, implementing corrective actions, and optimizing preventive maintenance strategies Assist with turnaround planning, cost estimation, major maintenance projects, equipment installations, and facility upgrades Collaborate with operations, maintenance, reliability teams, customers, contractors, and vendors to ensure safe and reliable facility performance You will provide on-call support as required and travel to customer or plant sites to support operations, maintenance, and turnaround activities
