Director of Accounting & LGUS Shared Services

Lead a multi-location shared services organization with approximately 150 employees and seven direct reports across diverse functional areas Provide strategic direction, coaching, and performance management to develop leadership and foster a high-performance culture You will establish departmental priorities, service standards, and operating rhythms aligned with business and finance objectives Oversee general ledger, payroll, benefits accounting, customer financial services, collections, cash applications, and regional accounting functions Ensure compliance with SOX, sales and use tax, property tax, and support audit readiness and internal control remediation And you will drive process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement to enhance service delivery, reduce risk, and increase scalability Partner with senior leaders across Finance, Tax, Operations, IT, and business units to support enterprise priorities, system implementations, and transformation initiatives Further, you will dvelop and monitor key performance indicators and operational metrics to promote accountability and transparency Guarantee clear documentation of processes, procedures, roles, responsibilities, and controls across the shared services organization
