Business Analytics Project Lead

You will support end-to-end delivery of business analytics and digital transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives Additionally, track project progress, timelines, risks, and dependencies to drive successful execution and on-time delivery You will develop project plans, milestones, and status updates, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needs Furthermore, gather, document, and validate business requirements, translating them into actionable deliverables for technical teams You will act as a liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and stakeholder alignment Additionally, analyze data to identify business issues, opportunities, and areas for improvement, while supporting development of dashboards, reports, and analytical models You will work closely with data scientists and IT teams to implement data-driven solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and deliver measurable value Lastly, support digital transformation initiatives by identifying process inefficiencies, implementing new tools and platforms, contributing to change management and training, and maintaining documentation, testing, and performance tracking of analytics initiatives
