CO2 Production Technician

You will operate and maintain a CO₂ production plant safely, reliably, and efficiently with a focus on production and instrumentation In this role, you will perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, calibrations, and equipment installations Interpret and apply manufacturer manuals to repair mechanical, electrical, electronic, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Read and interpret electrical schematics, P IDs, and one-line diagrams Further, you will calibrate analyzers and field instrumentation; assist with troubleshooting control systems up to 600 VAC Use computer applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project You will monitor process performance and adjust operations to maintain optimal conditions Ensure continuous product supply while meeting safety, environmental, quality, and customer requirements And you will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain rotating equipment, including compressors, pumps, fans, blowers, boilers, and valves Perform equipment alignments and support overall mechanical system reliability Also, you will collaborate effectively across departments to support operations and maintenance activities
