Production Technician

You will operate, maintain, and repair cryogenic liquid and gas systems, including storage vessels, vaporizers, purifiers, analyzers, pipelines, valves, pumps, compressors, and control systems Perform system commissioning, start-ups, shutdowns, calibration, and troubleshooting Maintain and repair instrumentation such as transmitters, meters, control systems, and automatic valves And you will troubleshoot electrical systems (<600 VAC) and read/maintain P IDs and wiring diagrams Execute preventive and corrective maintenance using CMMS; analyze equipment data to identify and resolve issues Plan and coordinate maintenance activities, materials, and external contractor support Maintain accurate maintenance, QC, and production records; manage spare parts inventory You will ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and operational procedures; perform LOTO and permit-required work Further, you will identify and report safety risks, incidents, and near misses; stop unsafe work immediately Propose and implement improvements to enhance equipment reliability and reduce costs Communicate effectively with customers, management, and internal teams; respond professionally to feedback Participate in training, meetings, and team activities; support performance and operational goals Also, you will work in both field and office environments, including at heights; support on-call rotation and extended hours as needed
