You will operate the cryogenic air separation plant safely to guarantee reliable and efficient performance Perform and lead maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to maintain plant safety and equipment integrity Monitor process performance and adjust operational parameters to ensure reliability, quality, and efficiency Adhere strictly to company, customer, and regulatory safety policies and report all incidents immediately Further, you will collect and analyze equipment and process condition data to support proactive maintenance decisions You will oversee contractors during routine and non-routine work to ensure safety compliance and quality standards Execute lock-out tag-out procedures and propose improvements to enhance process availability and reliability
