New vendor set-up and vendor rate file management Managing cost sales master data through updates and revision controls You will be performing billing audits through Rootstock against agreed buy and sell rates Creating and analyzing RFQ RFI with steam shipping lines and with road rail transport providers And you will be organizing and managing group SharePoint information for easy access Checking of queried vendor invoices where ongoing disputes exist Consolidating trucking rates to the master file is part of your role Further, you will be supporting projects related to operational productivity, cost improvement, process optimization Providing support the finance manager in delivering the monthly reconciliation to the end customer
