Payroll Specialist – French (m/f/d)

Based in Portugal and part of a team of three people, you will manage the payroll for a portfolio of French entities while supporting back-office activities You will work closely with the HR team located in France Also, ensure accurate and timely payroll processing within your scope, in line with internal procedures and deadlines You will review variable payroll elements and manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes Furthermore, perform data consistency checks and resolve discrepancies when necessary You will verify social and tax declarations and liaise with external organizations You will prepare regular activity and payroll reports Respond to employee queries related to payroll and HR administrative matters Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including process optimization and digitalization
