THE PILLARS OF IMPACT

  • ๐Ÿš€ 1. On-Site Support & Integration (50%)
  • โ€“ Manage ticketing systems and resolve integration issues efficiently.
  • โ€“ Document processes for consistent on-site support.
  • โ€“ Ensure smooth tool integration with existing systems.
  • โ€“ Provide technical support to enhance client satisfaction.
  • โš™๏ธ 2. Technical Expertise & Problem Solving (30%)
  • โ€“ Utilize automation frameworks: Selenium, WebdriverIO, Playwright, or Cypress.
  • โ€“ Employ CI/CD tools like Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
  • โ€“ Diagnose connectivity issues using networking basics.
  • ๐Ÿง  3. Continuous Learning & Adaptation (20%)
  • โ€“ Stay curious and self-teach new technologies.
  • โ€“ Adapt quickly to varied customer tech stacks.
  • โ€“ Make informed decisions amidst ambiguity.

  • โ€“ You must have a QA engineering background.
  • โ€“ You must have hands-on experience with at least 2 test automation frameworks.
  • โ€“ You must be proficient in at least one scripting language: Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Python.
  • โ€“ You must understand CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
  • โ€“ You must have basic networking knowledge to debug connectivity issues.
  • THE BAR โ€” WHAT YOU MUST PROVE
  • Strong QA Engineering Background: Worked on multiple QA projects demonstrating technical depth.
  • Hands-On with Automation Frameworks: Implemented test cases using Selenium and WebdriverIO.
  • Proficient in Scripting Languages: Developed scripts in JavaScript for test automation.
  • CI/CD Tools Expertise: Integrated Jenkins pipelines for automated testing processes.
