THE PILLARS OF IMPACT

• 🚀 1. On-Site Support & Integration (50%)
• – Manage ticketing systems and resolve integration issues efficiently.
• – Document processes for consistent on-site support.
• – Ensure smooth tool integration with existing systems.
• – Provide technical support to enhance client satisfaction.
• ⚙️ 2. Technical Expertise & Problem Solving (30%)
• – Utilize automation frameworks: Selenium, WebdriverIO, Playwright, or Cypress.
• – Employ CI/CD tools like Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
• – Diagnose connectivity issues using networking basics.
• 🧠 3. Continuous Learning & Adaptation (20%)
• – Stay curious and self-teach new technologies.
• – Adapt quickly to varied customer tech stacks.
• – Make informed decisions amidst ambiguity.

• – You must have a QA engineering background.
• – You must have hands-on experience with at least 2 test automation frameworks.
• – You must be proficient in at least one scripting language: Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Python.
• – You must understand CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
• – You must have basic networking knowledge to debug connectivity issues.
• THE BAR — WHAT YOU MUST PROVE
• Strong QA Engineering Background: Worked on multiple QA projects demonstrating technical depth.
• Hands-On with Automation Frameworks: Implemented test cases using Selenium and WebdriverIO.
• Proficient in Scripting Languages: Developed scripts in JavaScript for test automation.
• CI/CD Tools Expertise: Integrated Jenkins pipelines for automated testing processes.
