THE PILLARS OF IMPACT

• 🚀 1. Customer Trial Management (50%)
• – Own end-to-end customer trial processes.
• – Ensure trial success with proactive problem-solving.
• – Capture and relay technical feedback to product teams.
• – Maximize customer satisfaction through tailored solutions.
• ⚙️ 2. Technical Expertise (30%)
• – Provide technical guidance to customers on product use.
• – Demonstrate deep understanding of test automation frameworks.
• – Assist in troubleshooting complex technical issues.
• 🧠 3. Cross-Functional Collaboration (20%)
• – Work closely with sales and product teams to align customer needs.
• – Translate technical requirements into actionable insights.
