About The Role
- Ensure PR, CUF, and plant availability targets are achieved.
- Monitor central inverter performance and failure trends.
- Ensure transformer, RMU, VCB, and pooling station reliability.
- Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance planning.
- Review thermography and protection testing reports.
- Coordinate with GETCO/STU for shutdown and outage planning.
- Monitor grid disturbance events and minimize losses.
- Conduct root cause analysis for major breakdowns.
