About The Role

  • Conduct field visits to assess land feasibility based on topography, access
  • Liaise with landowners, local authorities (Gram Panchayat, Talathi, Tehsildar, etc.), and legal representatives for documentation and due diligence.
  • Collect, verify, and manage land documents (7/12 extracts, sale/lease deeds, mutation records, etc.).
  • Support in processing land-related clearances including land conversion (NA), Right of Way (RoW), and other statutory approvals.
  • Maintain updated records of land parcels, contacts, and documentation in coordination with the land manager.
  • Assist in resolving land-related issues during project execution and handover.
