About The Role

Conduct field visits to assess land feasibility based on topography, access
Liaise with landowners, local authorities (Gram Panchayat, Talathi, Tehsildar, etc.), and legal representatives for documentation and due diligence.
Collect, verify, and manage land documents (7/12 extracts, sale/lease deeds, mutation records, etc.).
Support in processing land-related clearances including land conversion (NA), Right of Way (RoW), and other statutory approvals.
Maintain updated records of land parcels, contacts, and documentation in coordination with the land manager.
Assist in resolving land-related issues during project execution and handover.
